Texas Commission on Environmental Quality Issues Junk Science Investigation on Pond Drained by Trinity Golf Course Contractor.

  • December 17 2014 – Official Investigation conducted by Texas Commission on Environmental Quality report issued.
  • Pencil-whipped investigation fails to use established minimum mathematical standards and geometry in investigation. If investigation results are taken at face value without making basic mathematical computations, less than 2 inches of water was removed from drained pond, a direct and vigorous attack on the veracity of complainants.
  • In one calculation, the junk science based investigation assumed one cubic foot of water equals one gallon, while the actual computation is one cubic foot of water equals 7.48 gallons. It appears TCEQ calculations could be off by a factor or 40 times give or take in the overall conclusions approved by senior officials at TCEQ.
